Zimbali golfing estate, located in KwaZulu-Natal overlooks the Tongati River. Every effort has been made to conserve the natural beauty of the site while keeping focus on security. Residents here can truly feel safe as they enjoy the fauna and flora around them. The first house we built there, care was taken to hide the gutters behind the fascia boards.

A lot of effort was placed in the creation of the staircase. We did a floating staggered staircase out of sandstone, custom cut in solid pieces to avoid joints. Wooden bullnose have been manufactured with a cavity underneath to accommodate a strip under each stair. The main staircase is a floating staircase with each stair tread protruding from the wall individually. The treads were manufactured from seaserstone. The bedroom floors have been decorated by using travertine floors with bamboo inlays.
