We have also enjoyed partnerships with exceptional interior designers such as ground floor interiors and M Square design.

Some of the more notable endeavours that Triple Seven Projects has been involved in include Zimbali Golf Estate, Dunkirk Estate, Sheffield Beach Estate and Nkwazi Estate.

Bespoke solutions

We recently completed a project that gave us the opportunity to build the most elegant and modern floating staircase made from Caesar stone. In this type of staircase, the treads are secured to the wall with no visible stringers and this makes the steps appear to float in mid-air, making it perfect for the modern luxury home. This particularly lavish house also called for exquisite wooden inlays on the floors and running up the walls. This technique requires a particular skilled tradesman as the process involves exactly fitting a patterned piece of wood into a recess made in the wooden floor.
