Richards Bay Golf Estate building & property developer

This four bedroom house is located on the Golf Estate in Richards Bay. Since Richards Bay summers are very hot, the house was built to maximise the shade of the surrounding trees. The entertainment area is optimized to make most of the view over Lake Mzingazi.

Stackless doors can be opened to create space around the braai area and the pool for family gatherings on those long hot summer days. Cupboards in the house were supplied by Niemann. Other noteworthy items of this home are the exposed trusses in the braai area and the light box above the dining room table.
