This upscale development company was established in the beautiful port city of Richards Bay in 2004. After enjoying success with a few speculation developments in the area, Triple Seven Projects moved to Ballito in 2007 and have been operating from this picturesque area ever since.

While our projects range from two bedroom units to luxurious estate houses, we predominantly specialize in building extravagant upmarket homes. Triple Seven Projects is a registered member of the NHBRC and we are currently on the panel of builders in Estates such as Zimbali Estate, Dunkirk Estate and Sheffield Beach Estate.

• Ensuring complete client satisfaction is our highest priority: We employ a small group of skilled artisans and the balance of the specialist work is contracted out to subcontractors. These subcontractors are hand-picked for their skill and standard of our workmanship, ensuring that all our clients enjoy only the highest quality and standards when it comes to their new house. Triple Seven Projects only takes on a select number of housing projects at any given time. We can the focus on quality, reliability, tight schedule management and give each client the individual attention they deserve.

• The company’s foundation is built on integrity and honesty: At Triple Seven Projects we pride ourselves on being able to build strong trustworthy relationships with our clients, as well as their architects and engineers. If clients have any questions or concerns at any stage during the project they are more than welcome to speak to us and we will do everything we can to make them feel at ease and confident in our abilities.

• All projects will be constantly and meticulously supervised: Herman Moll, the business owner, and his son, Paul Moll, treat every project in a hands-on manner. Each project is closely monitored on a daily basis to ensure that every aspect runs according to plan and any discrepancies can be detected and corrected as soon as they occur.
